This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Oversee program quality and compliance by performing file audits, assessing program requirements, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and formulating action plans in partnership with the Pre-College Coordinator and team.
β’ Administer program data and reporting by managing tracking systems, reviewing monthly metrics, coordinating necessary reports, aiding with annual performance evaluations, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information.
β’ Assist staff and enhance program effectiveness through technical training, creation of program materials and procedures, financial aid assistance, continuous evaluation of service delivery, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Ensure that FSC's Pre-College programs comply with organizational standards and the U.S. Department of Education regulations.
β’ Act as a primary resource for Pre-College staff and leadership to foster consistent, high-quality services and positive outcomes for students.
β’ A bachelor's degree with three or more years of relevant work experience, including familiarity with TRIO federal regulations, grant compliance, Blumen database, and Upward Bound annual performance reports, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Understanding of TRIO federal regulations, grant compliance criteria, and Upward Bound performance reporting.
β’ Excellent analytical, organizational, written communication, and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to handle multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, data systems, reporting obligations, and quality assurance tasks with precision and attentiveness to detail.
β’ Proficiency in conveying complex program requirements and compliance information clearly while building effective relationships with staff, leadership, vendors, educational partners, and community collaborators.
β’ Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, Blumen, Google Workspace, database systems, digital forms, and virtual meeting technologies.
β’ A valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and access to a working vehicle as mandated by FSC's insurance provider.
