Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee program quality and ensure compliance through file audits and assessment of program requirements.

• Pinpoint areas needing enhancement and collaborate with the Pre-College Coordinator and staff to craft action plans.

• Manage program tracking systems and analyze monthly data.

• Coordinate necessary reports and assist with annual performance evaluations.

• Guarantee that program information is accurate and delivered promptly.

• Provide technical training while creating program materials and procedures.

• Assist with financial aid operations.

• Continuously assess service delivery effectiveness.

• Work in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Help ensure that programs adhere to organizational standards as well as U.S. Department of Education regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree along with three or more years of relevant experience, which includes familiarity with TRIO federal regulations, grant compliance, Blumen database, and Upward Bound annual performance reports, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of TRIO federal regulations, grant compliance obligations, and Upward Bound performance reporting standards.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, data systems, reporting requirements, and quality assurance tasks with precision and care.

• Ability to articulate complex program requirements and compliance details clearly while establishing effective relationships with staff, leadership, vendors, educational partners, and community organizations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Blumen, Google Workspace, database systems, digital forms, and virtual meeting tools.

• A valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and a reliable vehicle as mandated by FSC's insurance provider.
