Quality Operations Representative I – Pro Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and audits of professional accounts to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.

• Oversee ongoing compliance, which includes ensuring valid licensing and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Assess and address issues related to misconduct, fraud, or subpar performance.

• Perform online research and make outbound calls to collect and verify account credentials.

• Complete daily responsibilities and manage both physical and digital files in line with data privacy protocols.

• Identify and escalate potential compliance, fraud, or quality concerns.

• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet service level agreements with minimal oversight.

• Utilize company-provided tools and webcam for virtual meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

• Capability to handle a high volume of cases daily while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent customer service instincts paired with high emotional intelligence.

• Ability to exercise quick and sound judgment, alongside problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• An empathetic approach towards professionals and teammates.

• A coachable mindset with a focus on personal growth.

• Proficient in utilizing internal knowledge bases independently.

• High level of computer literacy.

• Experience with CRM systems and tools from Google Suite.

• Must reside permanently in one of the eligible states.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
