Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Advocate for regulatory adherence, ongoing enhancement, and safety across the airline.

• Assess and implement the Company's Quality Assurance System.

• Supervise independent audits while ensuring separation from line management and evaluated work.

• Track compliance with Quality Assurance and Control standards, relevant regulations, and corporate goals.

• Direct and coordinate internal and self-audits.

• Maintain comprehensive audit documentation.

• Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

• Assist in risk management and the monitoring of the Safety Management System.

• Guarantee adherence to procedures.

• Ensure contractor compliance in maintenance and ground operations.

• Aid in station openings and transitions.

• Participate actively in safety meetings.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Quality & Compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent auditing experience.

• Minimum of 10 years in a related field.

• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Certification in Quality Assurance or Compliance Auditing.

• Experience in risk management practices.

• Proficiency in policy formulation, investigations, and safety protocols.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.

• Effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Focus on process enhancement.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capacity to work remotely and travel to operational locations.
