Quality Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement thorough testing strategies.

• Establish testing requirements, objectives, and scope.

• Create and perform unit, functional, integrated, regression, and workflow tests.

• Set testing goals and formulate test cases and scripts.

• Identify and organize test patients and various testing scenarios.

• Monitor testing results, issues, and defects.

• Collaborate with development and build teams to enhance quality and resolve testing challenges.

• Convey software updates, fixes, and known issues through both written and verbal communication.

• Assess complex changes, risks, dependencies, validation methods, unexpected outcomes, and quality concerns.

• Utilize lessons learned from testing, defects, member feedback, and workflow challenges to enhance testing practices, documentation, processes, and future efforts.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 Epic Certifications or Proficiencies, or at least 1 year of experience in 1–2 specified Epic Applications.

• At least 1 year of experience in manual testing, encompassing the writing, usage, and development of test scripts.

• Experience in an acute care environment is highly preferred.

• COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for employment, unless exempted for medical or religious reasons.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace.

• Occasional nationwide travel may be necessary based on business requirements.
