This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the proactive quality improvement initiatives for the designated program.
• Assist the Quality Improvement Manager with quality enhancement activities throughout a network of crisis centers.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive quality improvement plan.
• Monitor internal quality improvement activities and ensure alignment with funder and agency objectives.
• Ensure the timely completion of quality improvement and outcome reports for external funders and stakeholders.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics; aid in the development of improvement strategies.
• Organize and facilitate regular program quality improvement meetings to review outcomes, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with various departments to create quality improvement activities that support crisis centers' compliance with Lifeline operational and clinical KPIs.
• Investigate and analyze claims, complaints, and grievances.
• Gather data, set key performance indicators, and assess progress.
• Work alongside Quality Improvement Specialists.
• Prepare written reports, compile data, and create charts and graphs.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred in Healthcare, Public Health, or Social Sciences.
• Strong analytical skills with a capacity for problem-solving.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of contact center data and analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong time management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in project development, management, and implementation.
• Previous experience at a crisis center or a keen interest in mental health/suicide prevention; familiarity with the nonprofit sector is preferred.
• Experience with compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and data analysis is preferred.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• Will consistently operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.
