Quality Data and Finished Goods Specification Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for all quality data analysis and processing, utilizing complaint data to create CPMU insights that inform departmental decision-making.

• Spearhead the design of essential data trends, including foreign body drivers categorized by type and site, allergens, serious complaints, and quality complaints.

• Supervise data trending related to non-conformances, monitoring closure against established timeframes and raising alerts for any at-risk items.

• Propel corrective actions and site focus, providing Quality Managers with clear guidance on priority investigations and necessary actions.

• Oversee and generate the data for weekly and monthly quality reports, and facilitate the complaints analytical meeting.

• Assist in enhancing quality systems, ensuring their ongoing use is straightforward and effective.

• Lead and refine RYZE's finished product specification format, reconstructing it to be practical and enforceable throughout the co-manufacturer network.

• Incorporate core product controls into every specification, including ingredient order, blend time and speed by machine, product testing details, and label controls and approvals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in quality data analytics, trending, or continuous improvement within the food or beverage manufacturing sector.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with practical experience in transforming complaints, NCR, and audit data into actionable insights (e.g., CPMU, foreign body, and allergen trends).

• Proven experience in developing or managing finished product specifications, covering process parameters (blend time/speed), product testing, and label controls.

• Familiarity with eQMS platforms and reporting/dashboard tools for quality data.

• Comfortable leading corrective actions across functions, including directing investigations with Quality Managers throughout a co-manufacturer network.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional analytical meetings and translating data into clear actions.
