This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide regular status updates to the designated Team Leader and the BO Team through reports, statistics, and evidence of deliverables.
• Suggest reports and statistics to track, as well as the format for deliverable evidence.
• Incorporate modifications requested by the Ford Team Leaders and the BO Team.
• Review deliverables in advance.
• Meet and present fully viable deliverables for Ford according to timelines and milestones.
• Develop invention disclosures as required.
• Monitor version control methods.
• Provide a summary report to the BO Team at the end of the Purchase Order, including deliverables, timelines, achievements, and improvements.
• Experience in the automotive sector and a basic understanding of vehicle architectures and components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel (pivot tables) and databases.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize a dynamic workload from various sources and collaborate with off-site teams.
• Over 2 years of experience as a Quality Data Analyst.
• Willingness to work and grow with Alten in an automotive environment.
• Flexibility to support the team with schedule adjustments (for example, attending meetings at 6:00 am if necessary).
• Problem-solving skills (e.g., root cause analysis).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English (daily interaction with a supervisor in the U.S.).
• B1/B2 Visa (required).
