Data Analyst – Computational Linguist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Enhance Omilia's Drive-Thru Voice AI, a production system responsible for taking orders at numerous Quick Serve Restaurants.

• Monitor system performance.

• Conduct analyses on production data.

• Transform insights into improvements and enhancements for NLU models, conversation flows, and LLM behavior.

• Write SQL queries.

• Create reports and dashboards.

• Monitor KPIs.

• Execute analyses and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Review actual drive-thru conversations.

• Detect error patterns and suggest actionable enhancements for accuracy and user experience.

• Implement and rigorously test semantic models and conversation flows utilizing machine learning, rule-based techniques, and LLMs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or NLP.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with visualization tools for data querying, visualization, and dashboard development.

• Familiarity with complex datasets for conducting data analysis, extracting actionable insights, and influencing business decisions.

• Strong command of spoken and written English.

• Excellent communication abilities; capable of clearly presenting findings to both technical and business audiences.

• Able to meet demanding deadlines with accountability.

• Experience with dialog systems, whether voice or chat-based, is preferred.

• Background in production-level NLU/NLP/Agentic solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
