Data Analytics Lead Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Lead engaging live online group sessions that explore data analytics concepts through hands-on examples and industry insights.

• Conduct regular online drop-in sessions aimed at addressing learner queries, practical applications, assignments, and additional support requirements.

• Evaluate learner assignments and deliver clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.

• Foster discussions within the online learner community by responding to content-related inquiries, sharing resources, and providing real-world examples.

• Offer ad hoc one-on-one mentoring to assist with course content and assignment difficulties.

• Engage in selected industry panel discussions alongside facilitators and subject matter experts.

• Establish expectations for workload, project deadlines, resources, and learning requirements.

• Monitor learner engagement and progress, identifying areas where additional support is needed.

• Collaborate with colleagues in delivery and learner support to discuss progress, challenges, and necessary actions.

• Support around 20 to 50 assignment submissions per course while providing one-on-one learner assistance as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a closely related data analytics position.

• Strong practical comprehension of data analytics concepts with the ability to communicate technical ideas effectively to learners of various experience levels.

• Previous experience in facilitating, teaching, coaching, training, or mentoring individuals.

• Demonstrated capability to provide constructive feedback that enhances others' skills and understanding.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, enabling support and engagement with a diverse learner community.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to balance live facilitation, learner support, and assignment evaluation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate for both online group facilitation and individual learner assistance.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside colleagues involved in delivery and learner support.

• A flexible, practical, and problem-solving attitude, with the capability to adapt to evolving learner needs and course dynamics.

• Confidence in sharing real-world data analytics experiences and practical industry examples within a learning context.
