Quality Control Advisor, QCA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical authority and mentor for automobile appraisers within the claims–automobile appraisal division.

• Enhance and refine quality assurance tools.

• Revise and standardize policies related to claims and client experiences.

• Create and deliver appropriate training programs for appraisers.

• Evaluate and assist in diagnosing issues.

• Offer expert opinions in line with the discipline's regulations.

• Formulate recommendations and plans for implementation.

• Design tools, methods, and processes.

• Refresh audit tools utilized to minimize settlement costs and assess claims handling.

• Review claims, pinpoint deficiencies, compile reports and recommendations, and counsel on implementation.

• Assist in preparing and updating competency plans.

• Aid in analyzing and standardizing the application of claims policies.

• Provide discipline-specific assistance to the unit, clients, and partners.

• Contribute to enhancing client experience, managing leaks, and lowering claims costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least three years of pertinent experience.

• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.

• Advanced proficiency in estimating.

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
