This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide instructor-led, virtual, and blended training of high quality that aligns with the enterprise strategy.
• Create learning experiences that enhance technical skills and strengthen the quality culture.
• Mentor associates, leaders, and subject matter experts on Quality processes and their expectations.
• Assist with onboarding, skill enhancement, remediation, and capability-building initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and assess strategies for training effectiveness.
• Offer specialized training and coaching on investigations, root cause analysis, problem-solving, documentation quality, and risk-based decision-making.
• Uphold investigation standards, escalation protocols, documentation obligations, and readiness for inspections.
• Collaborate with process owners, site Quality teams, Central Quality, Learning & Development, and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure the maintenance of training governance, documentation, records, and readiness for audits and inspections.
• Identify training deficiencies, performance risks, and capability requirements; enhance training content and delivery methods.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and resources for capability building.
• Assist with CAPAs, effectiveness checks, and follow-up measures.
• Lead Kaizen and structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Advocate for continuous improvement, accountability, engagement, quality, and integrity.
• A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Sciences, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in a regulated life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, biologics, or comparable environment.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, such as FDA and ICH standards.
• Experience in delivering Quality or technical training in regulated environments, including instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats.
• Proven experience in coaching associates, subject matter experts, and leaders.
• Background in developing and supporting training effectiveness initiatives utilizing observations, feedback, metrics, and other verification techniques.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to engage diverse audiences, including senior leadership, in both in-person and virtual contexts.
• Proficient in working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, approximately 25–50% of the time.
