Quality Assurance Specialist, B2B Cooperation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform feature testing prior to release utilizing structured edge-case analysis.

• Carry out regular independent exploratory testing sessions in the production environment.

• Develop test scenarios and conduct coverage assessments with the aid of AI tools.

• Create and verify precise product and technical documentation.

• Detect, highlight, and enhance broken or inefficient processes.

• Clearly and factually report bugs.

• Acquire in-depth business and product knowledge to advance towards Quality Assurance Specialist duties.

• Collaborate with developers, product teams, technology specialists, recruitment, and QA stakeholders through interviews and hands-on assessment activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong interest in business operations, including pricing logic, booking flows, and customer experiences.

• A detail-oriented and systematic testing methodology featuring structured scenarios and edge-case evaluations.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar for test scenarios, coverage audits, and documentation purposes.

• Foundation in manual testing principles, encompassing exploratory testing, test case creation, and actionable bug reporting.

• Awareness of processes and a readiness to suggest or develop improvements.

• Proficiency in Polish and English: Polish for in-depth business understanding; English for documentation and inter-team collaboration.

• Capability to comprehend products comprehensively, including pricing, bookings, and integrations.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Basic knowledge of APIs using Postman.

• Focus on the hospitality and bookings sector.

• Bonus: Experience in workflow automation utilizing AI tools.

• Bonus: Background in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or fintech industries.

• Bonus: Experience drafting test strategies or edge-case lists in collaboration with developers.
