Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive quality assurance audits across both clinical and operational processes.

• Assess documentation, reports, and case materials for precision, compliance, and alignment with healthcare standards.

• Use QA audit tools and platforms, such as CentralReach, to measure performance and pinpoint gaps.

• Interpret and implement healthcare regulations and standards in various scenarios and cases.

• Deliver clear, constructive feedback along with recommendations for enhancements.

• Analyze data using Excel and other tools to monitor trends, identify risks, and assist in decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.

• Develop and improve QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.

• Simplify complex findings into clear, concise, actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple audits and projects concurrently utilizing project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, compliance, auditing, or a related field is preferred.

• Background in ABA or healthcare is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in reviewing extensive amounts of information and detecting discrepancies.

• Strong skills in spreadsheets and computer applications.

• Capable of maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

• Demonstrated follow-through and accountability.

• Ability to work autonomously and consistently meet deadlines.
