Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Ensure the integrity and compliance of clinical trials, interpret regulatory requirements, and aid in the progression of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Develop and execute quality assurance strategies and processes to support clinical trial operations.

• Perform quality assessments and audits to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Work alongside project teams to pinpoint and resolve quality concerns and implement corrective measures as necessary.

• Offer guidance and support to personnel regarding quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of quality management systems and documentation.

• Oversee quality assurance and compliance delivery, troubleshoot issues, and enhance team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines that govern clinical trials (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA regulations).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and effectively resolving quality issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 35%)
