Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular Quality Assurance assessments across more than 100 hotels within the designated region.

• Safeguard brand integrity with respect to cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and adherence to brand standards.

• Respond to internal inquiries and communications both verbally and in writing.

• Track travel expenses in relation to monthly and yearly targets.

• Engage in Consistency exercises.

• Take part in activities beyond Quality Assurance to broaden understanding of other departments.

• Liaise with Quality Auditors, Area Managers, Directors, Vice President of QA, Brand teams, Design and Construction, and Human Resources concerning brand standard compliance, QA, brand protocols, procedures, and Improvement Plans.

• Organize travel arrangements and hotel scheduling.

• Ensure that downtime work is completed and submitted within specified deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in Hotel Operations.

• At least three (3) years of experience as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director in a hotel setting.

• A valid Driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel 90% of the time.

• A BA/BS Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Experience in project management is preferred.

• Familiarity with product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrades is preferred.
