Quality Assurance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Ensure the seamless execution of digital content that aligns with acquisition, revenue, and retention objectives.

• Lead the quality assurance initiatives for the development of digital content and functionalities.

• Confirm that deliverables are precise, properly coded, adequately versioned, compatible with various devices, and displayed according to design specifications.

• Collaborate with eCommerce Product Owners, Content Authors, Technical Development teams, and Creative Designers.

• Review and validate copy, design, links, dynamic data, and other elements of customer communications.

• Design and conduct comprehensive quality assurance tests on web content and functionalities.

• Identify quality, deliverability, compatibility, and usability issues along with their solutions.

• Retest fixes and confirm outcomes.

• Detect roadblocks and propose solutions before timelines and launch dates are affected.

• Develop and implement quality assurance technologies, standards, and metrics.

• Utilize independent judgment regarding testing methodologies, pass/fail criteria, and issue severity.

• Review test plans to ensure they are complete and clear.

• Monitor defects and resolutions while reporting on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience in planning and prioritizing tasks across multiple initiatives.

• Knowledge of quality assurance processes for web and digital experiences, including AEM content publishing.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Bonus: degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information Systems, or an IT-related field.

• Bonus: experience in eCommerce or digital content publishing.

• Bonus: familiarity with Figma, Jira, Confluence, TestFlight, and BrowserStack.

• Bonus: experience in testing responsive web experiences across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.

• Strong analytical, research, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and articulate complex issues effectively.
