Quality Assurance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive quality assurance tests on web content and functionalities.

• Work closely with developers, product owners, copywriters, and designers to assess and confirm content specifics.

• Detect quality, deliverability, compatibility, and usability challenges.

• Propose solutions and perform retesting of corrections.

• Recognize obstacles and devise solutions prior to impacting timelines and launch schedules.

• Create and apply quality assurance technologies, standards, and metrics.

• Utilize discretion and independent judgment regarding testing techniques, pass/fail outcomes, and issue severity.

• Review test plans for thoroughness and clarity.

• Monitor defects and resolutions and communicate progress.

• Ensure that digital content is accurate, properly coded, appropriately versioned, responsive across all devices, and displayed according to design specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of pertinent work experience.

• Proven experience in planning and prioritizing tasks across various initiatives.

• Understanding of quality assurance processes for web and digital experiences, including AEM content publishing.

• Proficiency in manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Background in eCommerce or digital content publishing.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, TestFlight, and BrowserStack.

• Experience in testing responsive web experiences across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.

• Strong analytical, research, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and convey complex issues effectively.
