Quality Assurance Engineer – Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain interactive Power BI dashboards to evaluate training operations performance and effectiveness.

• Combine Spotfire and Smartsheet data into a cohesive analytics platform.

• Utilize data visualization, statistical analysis, and data interpretation to uncover trends and assess workforce deployment strategies.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

• Recognize performance trends and areas for improvement in training delivery and internal customer interactions.

• Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making within the training division.

• Collaborate across departments to comprehend data requirements, collect necessary information, and communicate analytical results.

• Improve data quality, reporting procedures, and analytical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master's degree in Software Engineering.

• Proficient in English (C2 level).

• Familiarity with Agile Methodology.

• Experience with API Testing.

• Knowledge of Collaboration Tools.

• Understanding of Design Thinking principles.

• Proficient in ERP Testing.

• Expertise in Functional Testing.

• Familiarity with Postman.

• Background in Quality Assurance (QA).

• Knowledge of Quality Management practices.

• Experience with Regression Testing.

• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Testing.

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Familiarity with Web Service Testing.

• Relevant certifications: CEH, CSM, ISTQB CTFL, ISTQB Certified Tester.
