Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify bugs, defects, and regressions

• Design, implement, execute, and troubleshoot test cases and automated test scripts

• Validate and document the completion of testing and development processes

• Verify fixes and support successful releases through exploratory and regression testing

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documentation

• Develop testing plans and scenarios based on functional requirements and technical specifications

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within a cross-functional development team

• Identify, record, document, and track bugs

• Conduct regression, exploratory, and system testing

• Monitor and manage bug backlogs

• Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making and efficiency

• Adhere to ethical standards and ensure responsible human oversight when utilizing AI

• Spot opportunities to enhance processes, training, and tools

• Execute other duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience

• Strong diagnostic abilities to effectively test software and assess product quality

• Technical expertise to develop testing scenarios from functional requirements and detailed specifications

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and writing SQL queries

• Experience with QA testing in ERP-type applications/systems
