Quality Assurance Engineer – AI Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing and quality assurance for systems, applications, and AI-driven products developed by Xpansiv

• Ensure the quality, reliability, accuracy, and safety of Xpansiv’s AI-enabled products and proprietary LLM infrastructure

• Develop test plans for both AI-centric and conventional software applications

• Document and implement test cases

• Create automated and semi-automated evaluation frameworks

• Validate the behavior of deterministic software and the outputs of non-deterministic AI

• Execute manual, automated, performance, regression, security, and end-to-end testing

• Collaborate closely with AI Engineering, Product, Operations, Engineering, business analysts, business owners, and subject matter experts

• Integrate quality into AI products from the beginning

• Provide the human-in-the-loop assurance necessary to meet Xpansiv’s AI governance standards

• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance

• Familiarity with AI applications and their testing methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus
