QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Actively engage in the technical refinement process, assisting in determining the readiness of tasks for execution (Definition of Ready).

• Collaborate closely with the Product and Development teams to establish acceptance criteria.

• Craft thorough and detailed test plans for user stories.

• Maintain and improve the automation framework utilizing Playwright.

• Leverage AI to expedite the creation of test scenarios, generate test data, and perform defect analysis.

• Create load tests.

• Strategize and implement Smoke tests for crucial deployments.

• Guarantee product stability through comprehensive regression testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing automated test scenarios with Playwright.

• Practical experience in utilizing Generative AI to enhance QA productivity.

• Familiarity with AI assistants and agents, including ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.

• Proficiency in crafting effective prompts and critically assessing generated outcomes.

• Experience in load testing is a plus.

• Background in Agile teams, with participation in refinement sessions and defining acceptance criteria is a plus.
