📋 Description

• Manage bug reports submitted by players.

• Continuously organize and update bugs in our internal tracking systems.

• Engage in regular testing sessions to thoroughly evaluate our game systems, ensuring a high-quality gameplay experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Hypixel server, including its features and minigames.

• In-depth understanding of Hypixel SkyBlock and its various mechanics.

• Solid grasp of Minecraft and its mechanics as they pertain to our minigames.

• Prior experience in managing player support requests or bug reports is advantageous.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet team and network-related objectives.

• Availability of at least 20 hours per week is expected.
