Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Spearhead quality initiatives throughout the entire development lifecycle

• Establish and verify business and functional requirements

• Create comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and test cases

• Record defects and suggest well-thought-out workarounds for customer issues

• Recommend process enhancement ideas, implementation methods, and actionable plans

• Design and execute detailed manual test cases

• Utilize test automation tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency

• Conduct end-to-end functional testing through both manual and automated executions

• Analyze production defects and advocate for customer needs

• Review product documentation and train team members on product functionality and testing methodologies

• Develop tests that mirror real-world customer usage and feedback

• Collaborate with User Experience teams to create usability tests

• Provide insights on marketing requirements documents

• Engage in inspection and review processes for non-code deliverables

• Formulate detailed work plans that document objectives, designs, and outcomes

• Assess and prioritize various approaches to achieve goals effectively and efficiently

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

• Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies

• Capability to develop testing strategies, test plans, and test cases

• Skill in documenting defects clearly and thoroughly

• In-depth product knowledge and principles of test design

• Proficient in performing end-to-end functional testing

• Expertise in investigating production defects and promoting customer requirements

• Competence in reviewing product documentation for precision and clarity

• Ability to collaborate with User Experience teams for usability testing

• Skilled in creating, reviewing, and approving requirements and design documentation

• Capacity to evaluate and prioritize alternative solutions

• Proficient in crafting detailed work plans for both technical and non-technical audiences
