Quality Assurance Associate – Reimbursement HUB Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess incoming and outgoing communications from patients, providers, and clients while evaluating Advocate performance based on established criteria.

• Organize and engage in calibration sessions for clients, both internal and external.

• Offer on-site leadership assistance to Quality Representatives, business partners, and clients.

• Provide floor support by addressing queries, fulfilling leadership requests, and presenting quality programs and initiatives.

• Conduct weekly and monthly trend analyses and report findings to management.

• Participate in or spearhead projects aimed at service improvement.

• Handle phone calls, review Source and emails, attend training sessions, and distribute monthly evaluations.

• Implement and uphold program effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 8 to 11 years of equivalent professional experience.

• 2 to 5 years of pertinent experience or a Master’s degree.

• Proficient in general PC operations, including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.

• Robust background in customer service and quality assurance.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in prioritization.

• Proven leadership capabilities, with some supervisory experience preferred.

• High commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Availability Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
