QA Engineer – Manual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing for web frontend and backend, as well as applications on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.

• Detect software defects through various testing methods including functional, ad-hoc, regression, smoke, and integration testing.

• Document software issues in the bug tracking system and manage their lifecycle.

• Generate comprehensive test reports.

• Develop and update test documentation, such as checklists and test cases.

• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with development and product teams.

• Suggest quality enhancement solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in testing web applications (frontend, backend, REST API) and mobile platforms.

• Capability to independently plan, execute, and prioritize testing tasks in a dynamic environment with frequent releases.

• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and proficiency in writing detailed bug reports.

• Experience in creating diverse test documentation utilizing test management tools.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

• Experience leveraging AI tools in regular QA tasks.

• At least a B1 level of English proficiency.

• Background in testing cross-platform applications.

• Basic knowledge of Java.

• Proficiency in the Russian language.
