Senior QA Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough manual testing of mobile games.

• Recognize and document significant defects while taking ownership of the QA process.

• Develop procedures and tools to enhance the overall quality of the games.

• Track technical KPIs of live games and suggest strategies for improvement.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to give feedback on game mechanics and product enhancements.

• Create test plans for new features and updates.

• Prioritize and carry out testing activities throughout various development stages in line with timelines and goals.

• Tackle and resolve issues independently.

• Promote an open feedback culture and engage in constructive discussions within the team.

• Work together with central tech teams on initiatives related to quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer in Mobile Games.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage tasks independently from start to finish.

• Proficient in identifying and addressing issues autonomously and efficiently.

• Dependable self-starter and collaborative team member.

• Passionate about mobile games with an understanding of player perspectives and expectations.

• Demonstrated experience with various testing tools and methodologies specific to mobile games.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Solid understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) games and game design principles (desirable).

• Experience in release management (desirable).

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Comfortable utilizing AI on a daily basis and capable of building custom agents or reusable automations.

• Must reside within a +/- 2-hour time-zone difference from CET, or be open to relocation.
