Quality Assurance Associate – Reimbursement HUB Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications with patients, providers, and clients.

• Assess Advocate performance based on established standards.

• Offer onsite leadership assistance to Quality Representatives, Business Partners, and clients.

• Provide floor support, address inquiries, respond to leadership requests, and present quality programs and initiatives.

• Analyze and generate weekly/monthly trend reports for management.

• Engage in or lead service enhancement projects.

• Participate in and facilitate internal/external client calibration sessions.

• Handle phone calls, review Source and emails, attend training sessions, and distribute monthly evaluations.

• Implement and sustain program effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 8–11 years of equivalent professional experience.

• 2–5 years of pertinent experience or a MA/MS degree.

• Proficient in general PC skills including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.

• Strong background in customer service and quality assurance.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong skills in prioritization.

• Proven leadership capabilities with some supervisory experience preferred.

• High commitment to delivering superior quality of service.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.
