Quality Assurance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Lead ongoing quality enhancement efforts by pinpointing service deficiencies and suggesting improvements in workflows, processes, training, and documentation.

• Partner with leadership to create and execute improvement strategies.

• Collaborate with Quality and/or Accreditation Coordinators to address training requirements identified through audits and data analysis.

• Aid in the creation of regulatory training materials.

• Facilitate educational discussions among teams and monitor issues and their resolutions.

• Keep documentation up to date.

• Perform system testing for updates and enhancements.

• Engage in quality and system enhancement committees.

• Oversee compliance through regular audits and reporting mechanisms.

• Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Support accreditation preparedness by gathering data and analyzing performance trends.

• Develop and deliver training on workflow processes, regulatory compliance, and system functionalities.

• Act as a subject matter expert to assist in resolving issues and meeting deadlines.

• Remain informed on policy, procedure, and plan design changes through continuous training and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven skills and experience in a customer service position that necessitates knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and guidelines while achieving performance metrics.

• Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications.

• Capability to juggle daily responsibilities, mentoring, and assigned projects.

• Fundamental understanding of data analytics tools.

• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills are preferred.

• Effective project management and workload balancing skills, with the ability to multitask, are preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Availability to work eight hours a day, five days a week.

• Willingness to attend NCO for business purposes upon request.

• Capability to participate in Microsoft Teams video interviews and potential onsite interviews and meetings.

• Ability to meet physical demands related to reading information, verbal communication, listening, and manual dexterity.
