This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and oversee quality assurance initiatives throughout operational workflows.
• Conduct evaluations and audits of processes, transactions, and workflows to ensure quality.
• Audit automated systems and operational processes to verify accuracy, reliability, and compliance with established procedures and controls.
• Monitor operational performance and adherence to policies, procedures, service standards, and business requirements.
• Investigate discrepancies, document findings, and suggest corrective actions and enhancements to processes.
• Develop and analyze quality metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes by collecting documentation and validating controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, mitigate operational risks, and boost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization of workflows.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, training resources, and a centralized knowledge repository.
• Develop onboarding and learning materials for new hires.
• Facilitate onboarding, continuous, and refresher training sessions.
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to pinpoint knowledge gaps and create tailored training solutions.
• Support communications and training for new processes, workflows, systems, and operational modifications.
• Advocate for continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
• Partner with the Claims team to assess quality, identify trends, provide feedback, and support initiatives for process improvements and training.
• 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, auditing, compliance, training, learning and development, or a related field.
• Possession of a Property & Casualty Producer License in the home state or the ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing within specified timelines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Experience in conducting audits, quality assessments, or process validation activities.
• Proficient in creating SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and knowledge management resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
