Quality Assurance Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Comprehend user stories and requirements to develop test cases and scenarios.

• Design structured test plans and methodologies.

• Investigate technical issues and produce clear, detailed, and reproducible defect reports.

• Recreate bugs that have been reported by the support team.

• Verify and resolve bug tickets.

• Prioritize test cases and efficiently plan test execution.

• Perform exploratory testing to assess product robustness and functionality.

• Collaborate with QA engineers to enhance automation coverage aligned with business priorities and risks.

• Analyze requirements, execute manual testing, troubleshoot bugs, and work with QA engineers to broaden automated test coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

• In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably utilizing modern testing techniques.

• Detail-oriented approach to testing and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with bug tracking software is preferred.

• Knowledge of Test Management Tools like Azure Test Plans, Test Rail, or similar products.
