Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Perform routine and specialized audits throughout relevant business sectors.

• Assess quality, compliance, and adherence to set standards.

• Examine quality metrics, audit findings, operational trends, and performance statistics.

• Create and sustain dashboards, scorecards, audit summaries, and reports.

• Detect workflow inefficiencies, compliance risks, and persistent issues.

• Convey recommendations to operational leadership.

• Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.

• Aid in preparation for regulatory surveys, accreditation evaluations, internal audits, and compliance reviews.

• Collaborate with teams on process enhancements, workflow modifications, system upgrades, and quality initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the healthcare or hospice sector.

• Proven experience in conducting audits and handling operational data.

• Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to transform findings into practical recommendations.

• Knowledge of CAPA, TQM, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Proficient in Excel and reporting/analytical software.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, call-monitoring systems, or comparable platforms is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• High school diploma or higher.

• Must be a resident of Pennsylvania or Tennessee.
