Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct quality assurance audits and evaluations of both verbal and written communications and documentation.

• Generate and prepare quality assurance reports as per established timelines.

• Execute audits in alignment with departmental schedules.

• Aid in the planning, testing, and reporting stages of departmental quality initiatives.

• Carry out thorough audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards, investor/insurer guidelines, and relevant regulations.

• Analyze findings for trends, compile and present reports, and suggest corrective measures.

• Work collaboratively with departments to evaluate necessary changes in processes or procedures.

• Propose training and procedural modifications based on audit results.

• Investigate regulatory agencies and procedural requirements.

• Keep working papers updated concerning regulatory and procedural modifications.

• Maintain an extensive understanding of organizational processes and procedures.

• Collaborate and exchange audit knowledge with team members.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Complete annual regulatory compliance training.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• 1-2 years of experience in office work, banking, or a similar field.

• Strong PC skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications, database analysis, and Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage complex, multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage positively and professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in creating or implementing quality monitoring processes.

• Experience in conducting root cause analyses and adhering to deadlines.

• College degree is preferred.
