Quality and Enablement Specialist – Financial Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the quality of work executed by the sales team by monitoring call and/or chat recording systems and applications.

• Utilize a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance metrics at both the team and individual levels.

• Recognize coaching requirements and convey these needs to the Management and Training Department.

• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for the review of management personnel.

• Conduct calibration sessions on calls for all products/programs in collaboration with Senior Leadership, Team Leads, and other Management members.

• Offer constructive feedback to sales team leaders and senior leadership.

• Develop and uphold standardized workflows and procedures.

• Suggest changes and engage in the analysis of workflows and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Carry out other relevant duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising, B2B, or tele sales is essential.

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.).

• Results-driven with the ability to inspire others and enhance performance.

• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
