Quality and Enablement Specialist – Financial Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the quality of work executed by the sales team by overseeing call and/or chat recording systems and applications.

• Utilize a quality monitoring data management system to gather and track performance metrics at both team and individual levels.

• Recognize coaching requirements and communicate these needs to Management and the Training Department.

• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for review by management staff.

• Conduct calibration sessions on calls for all products/programs alongside Senior Leadership, Team Leads, and other Management personnel.

• Offer feedback to sales team leaders and senior management.

• Establish and maintain standardized workflows and procedures.

• Provide suggestions for improvements and partake in the analysis of workflows and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Carry out other relevant duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising, B2B, or tele sales is essential.

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.).

• Results-driven with the capacity to motivate others and enhance performance.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
