Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate work products against established quality standards, guidelines, and rubrics.

• Detect errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them comprehensively.

• Offer structured and actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders.

• Monitor quality metrics and highlight recurring issues or trends.

• Assist in refining and enhancing quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria.

• Collaborate asynchronously with a geographically dispersed team across various time zones.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related review-oriented role.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen ability to spot errors that others might overlook.

• Outstanding written communication skills and the capability to provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving standards in a dynamic environment.

• Dependable internet connectivity and a quiet, focused workspace.

• Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows (preferred).

• Previous experience working with distributed or remote teams (preferred).

• Background in a field relevant to our work, such as technical, editorial, or analytical (preferred).

• Must be capable of functioning as an independent contractor.
