Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and loyalty, improving service delivery productivity and efficiency, ensuring account quality, maintaining service assurance, managing internal agreements, overseeing document signatures, and executing other departmental projects.

• Examine operational data, encompassing customer feedback, service performance KPIs, issues, and challenges, to uncover enhancement opportunities.

• Spearhead or facilitate improvement projects by utilizing the established Continuous Service Improvement process and relevant tools.

• Cultivate direct relationships with service and account management teams to promote quality initiatives.

• Effectively implement Atos-defined standards, methods, and tools.

• Create high-quality documentation adhering to required standards, methodologies, and tools.

• Investigate root causes of issues and suggest solutions or improvement strategies, either independently or collaboratively.

• Consult with software development, service support, and other technical and process specialists as needed.

• Assist management with the strategic plans of the department and organization.

• Capable of rapidly assimilating, interpreting, and summarizing data.

• Skilled at devising creative and innovative solutions to challenges.

• Proficient in explaining complex concepts in simple terms.

• Highly driven and focused on delivery.

• Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of influencing and negotiating effectively.

• Persistent in overcoming challenges and setbacks.

• Willingness to travel on occasion.

• Quick to learn new tools and concepts.

• Experience in Quality, Service Delivery, or Project Management.

• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables.

• Holds Security Clearance (SC).

• High standard of written and spoken English.

• Previous experience with audits or ISO certification.
