This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to inquiries from potential students via phone and chat promptly.
• Provide information about the University and its various programs.
• Represent GCE as a proficient communicator knowledgeable in higher education.
• Share insights regarding university processes and procedures to assess prospect interest.
• Remain updated on policy and procedural changes and integrate them into daily activities.
• Evaluate whether a University Partner program aligns with each prospect’s needs.
• Guide prospects to the appropriate program.
• Clearly convey university expectations to facilitate students’ long-term success.
• Participate as a member of a graduation team alongside academic counselors and admissions representatives.
• Collaborate and strategize with graduation team members to promptly address student requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives set by the supervisor and departmental goals.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A strong desire to help others achieve their goals through higher education.
• High integrity and a commitment to adhering to regulatory standards.
• Enjoyment of a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, with the capability to navigate multiple software applications.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Availability to work during EST hours is ideal.
• Full-time commitment, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
