Qualified Success Architect – Internal Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the onboarding program for new Qualified Success Architects.

• Act as the main point of contact for new hires, conducting regular check-ins, coordinating system access, and following up with IT.

• Guide new hires towards QSA certification by monitoring their progress and proactively resolving any delays.

• Organize and conduct biweekly CS 5-star Enablement live training sessions.

• Collaborate with Product and subject matter experts to create relevant training materials.

• Maintain the internal Guru knowledge base, including overseeing knowledge agents.

• Assist with larger enablement projects and initiatives alongside the Manager of CS Enablement.

• Develop a strong understanding of the Qualified platform and serve as a reliable resource for the CS/QSA team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software.

• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.

• Familiarity with Qualified's platform is highly advantageous.

• Experience in coaching or mentoring colleagues, such as in a team lead or informal mentor capacity.

• Strong organizational capabilities and a knack for managing multiple onboarding schedules and projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with or an aptitude for using knowledge management tools like Guru, Notion, or similar platforms.

• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions with Product and subject matter experts.

• A deep curiosity about the product and its operational mechanics.
