M3 Cloudsuite Integration Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and provide support for integration solutions within the Infor M3 CloudSuite ecosystem.

• Analyze integration requirements in collaboration with Business Consultants, client stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Design, configure, test, and deploy integrations between Infor M3 CloudSuite and both internal and external systems.

• Create integration solutions utilizing Infor OS technologies, including Infor ION, API Gateway, and M3 APIs.

• Construct and maintain API-based, event-driven, message-based, and batch integrations.

• Develop and sustain data transformation, mapping, validation, and error-handling components.

• Acquire Technology Solution Architect review and approval for technical integration methodologies.

• Address functional specification inquiries with Business Consultants throughout the development process.

• Escalate suggested modifications to the approved integration architecture or technical methodologies.

• Develop and execute unit and integration testing, including comprehensive end-to-end data-flow validation.

• Diagnose integration defects, API errors, failed transactions, performance challenges, and data discrepancies.

• Assist with system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

• Implement monitoring, logging, error handling, and recovery mechanisms.

• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to address cross-system defects.

• Produce and maintain technical specifications, integration mappings, deployment documentation, and support procedures.

• Participate in integration design workshops, technical planning, estimation, and sprint execution.

• Coordinate integration dependencies across functional workstreams, third-party vendors, and client technical teams.

• Adhere to solution architecture, development standards, security requirements, and change management protocols.

• Identify integration risks, technical limitations, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.

• Provide technical knowledge transfer to client support and development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of consulting experience with Infor M3, encompassing multiple implementation, upgrade, or optimization engagements involving M3 finance.

• More than 7 years of ERP technical consulting or integration development experience, with extensive hands-on experience in Infor M3 CloudSuite.

• A minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations of Infor M3 completed.

• Proven experience with Infor ION, Infor API Gateway, and Infor M3 APIs/MI Transactions.

• Strong comprehension of BOD structure, publishing, subscriptions, event-driven messaging, and integration patterns within Infor OS.

• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting ION Connectors, including database, file-based, and web-service integration patterns.

• Solid experience with API integration patterns, JSON, XML, HTTP/S, authentication, and related standards.

• Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, transformation logic, extraction, validation, and integration-related data processing.

• Practical understanding of integration security, service accounts, authorization, connectivity, and deployment configuration.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% to deliver services to clients.

• Preferred: Experience with Infor M3 CloudSuite environment architecture, configuration, and administration.

• Preferred: Knowledge in environment provisioning, refreshes, tenant configuration, and release management.

• Preferred: Coordination of environment changes, deployments, and connectivity across development, test, and production settings.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite infrastructure, network connectivity, certificates, authentication, and security configuration.

• Preferred: Experience aiding technical cutover and production readiness activities.

• Preferred: Experience with Infor EDI solutions, including Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC).

• Preferred: Knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.

• Preferred: Experience implementing integrations with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and external trading partners.

• Preferred: Expertise in M3 H5 SDK, H5 scripting, and personalization.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Infor M3 XtendM3 development and extensions.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Infor OS App Designer, ION Workflow, and related application automation capabilities.

• Preferred: Experience with Infor Document Management (IDM) integration and configuration.

• Preferred: Exposure to Infor Data Lake, Data Fabric, and data extraction or replication technologies.

• Preferred: Background in M3-related Java development, scripting, SQL, or other relevant programming technologies.

• Preferred: Understanding of Infor M3 database structures, business logic, and data models.

• Preferred: Experience with migration utilities, technical data conversion, or integration-related cutover activities.
