QA Triage & Execution Analyst – Pipeline Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and supervise pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Classify failures into categories such as test defects, environmental issues, data discrepancies, or code problems.

• Troubleshoot automation scripts developed in Playwright and Selenium.

• Investigate root causes, addressing issues like flaky selectors, synchronization/timing challenges, assertion mismatches, and data dependency failures.

• Verify API failures utilizing Postman or GraphQL tools.

• Review logs and telemetry through App Insights and pipeline logs.

• Monitor trends and generate triage reports.

• Excellent debugging and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in handling logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of the test automation lifecycle.

• Familiarity with observability tools, such as App Insights and Azure monitoring.

• Preferred: Experience in the Mortgage/FinTech sector.
