QA Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall quality of every element of the game.

• Engage with the game and participate in the community, integrating player feedback into your tasks.

• Develop testing plans and checklists and collaborate on them with the team and relevant leads.

• Generate reports and educate various departments and colleagues regarding the game’s quality status.

• Uphold high internal QA standards.

• Collaborate with multiple internal and external testing teams.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and work methodologies.

• Design and implement training to boost product knowledge among employees.

• Assess, adopt, and utilize bug-tracking tools to evaluate game or feature metrics.

• Update stakeholders and facilitate decision-making at all levels.

• Leverage data to formulate risk assessment profiles and pinpoint significant risks in a dynamic environment.

• Coordinate with the community manager regarding player feedback.

• Communicate with the team about the current status of game development to effectively manage and plan tasks and testing cycles.

• Outstanding communication skills in English (German is a plus).

• A strong passion and interest in playing video games.

• A solid understanding of how games function.
