This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and implement both manual and automated test cases for the new Commercial Credit and Agribusiness platform.

• Validate both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring that business rules are accurately applied in incremental releases.

• Develop, maintain, and execute Web and API test automation scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Conduct exploratory, regression, integration, and load/performance testing as necessary.

• Execute manual tests that encompass text-based workflows as well as voice/text interaction channels.

• Identify, document, and oversee the bug/issue lifecycle, tracking resolutions and executing retests.

• Query relational and non-relational databases to validate data and generate test datasets.

• Collaborate with the .NET/C# development team, analysts, and Product Owners during Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of product quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a Bachelor’s degree in any field together with a postgraduate degree (Specialization, Master’s, or Doctorate) in IT, with a minimum of 360 hours of coursework.

• Possess at least one active certification or its equivalent: CTFL, CBTS, or ATC.

• Extensive and demonstrated experience in Information Technology, with a history of involvement in full software development lifecycle projects.

• Strong hands-on experience in planning, designing, and executing both manual and automated tests.

• Practical experience with Selenium WebDriver, Postman, and Robot Framework.

• Knowledge of performance/load testing utilizing JMeter.

• Practical understanding of .NET/C# and/or JavaScript.

• Experience with continuous integration pipelines in Azure DevOps (CI/CD).

• Knowledge of querying both relational and non-relational databases.

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Preferred: experience in banking, financial, credit, or agribusiness projects.

• Preferred: familiarity with BDD (Cucumber/SpecFlow).

• Preferred: experience working with public-sector clients or major financial institutions.
