QA Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.

• Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management.

• Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

• Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting.
