QA Specialist, Employment Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing on features prior to their release utilizing structured edge-case analysis.

• Perform regular, independent exploratory testing sessions in the production environment.

• Leverage AI to create test scenarios, assess coverage, and formulate test cases.

• Generate precise product and technical documentation using AI and verify it against domain expertise.

• Detect outdated documentation, manual reporting processes, and repetitive tasks.

• Suggest enhancements for dysfunctional processes.

• Advance from Tester to Quality Assurance Specialist by acquiring in-depth business and product domain knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• An inquisitive mindset regarding business and domain aspects such as pricing, bookings, integrations, and comprehensive product operations.

• Diligent and systematic testing through the use of structured scenarios and edge-case lists.

• Practical experience with Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools for generating test scenarios, performing coverage audits, and creating documentation.

• Strong foundational skills in manual testing.

• Proficiency in exploratory testing, test case formulation, and effective bug reporting.

• Awareness of processes and the capability to suggest or develop improvements.

• Fluency in Polish for in-depth business domain knowledge.

• Proficiency in English for documentation and collaboration across teams.

• Familiarity with manual testing, exploratory testing, edge-case design, Claude Code, AI-generated test scenarios, AI-supported documentation, Jira, Confluence, bug reporting, and basic API knowledge with Postman.

• Relevant knowledge or experience in hospitality and booking systems is advantageous.

• Experience in workflow automation, exposure to domain knowledge, familiarity with AI, and a proven testing strategy are considered additional assets.
