This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Review and refine text annotations provided by Annotators.

• Perform comprehensive quality assurance assessments.

• Ensure that call transcript data is accurately labeled and adheres to annotation standards.

• Properly redact personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with various country formats.

• Native speaker of Mandarin (Hong Kong).

• Exceptional written comprehension skills in Mandarin (Hong Kong).

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Capability to follow detailed instructions and apply them consistently.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Awareness of different PII formats across countries (e.g., passport numbers) for proper redaction.

• Reliable internet access and a computer are required.
