QA Engineer, Casino Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain automated tests (UI and API) for web and mobile applications utilizing Python, pytest, and Playwright.

• Construct and automate API tests using requests as necessary.

• Integrate and uphold automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (such as GitHub Actions or similar platforms).

• Conduct functional and non-functional testing, including integration, regression, and usability testing, with manual testing serving as a supportive function and automation as the primary focus.

• Identify, log, and communicate bugs to the development team, and validate bug resolutions.

• Develop and maintain thorough test cases and testing documentation, encompassing test suites, test cases, checklists, and testing guidelines.

• Analyze and document product features and business requirements.

• Enhance and refine the testing and test automation process.

• Collaborate closely with the Development team, QA Lead, and fellow team members to clarify system requirements.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in test automation for web and mobile applications.

• Strong practical experience with Python and pytest.

• Solid proficiency in using Playwright for UI automation.

• Experience in automating API testing (e.g., using requests).

• Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines - GitHub Actions or a similar tool.

• Background in manual testing of both mobile and web applications.

• Experience in developing and maintaining testing documentation.

• Practical experience with Git.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Strong grasp of software QA methodologies and processes.

• Proficient in Russian and possess intermediate English skills.

• Nice to have: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
