QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business and technical requirements, converting them into precise test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.

• Discover, document, prioritize, and monitor defects with comprehensive reproduction steps, expected and actual results, logs, and evidence.

• Monitor QA KPIs to deliver consistent updates on product health.

• Incorporate AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, documentation, and productivity.

• Serve as a liaison between developers and product specialists.

• Grasp complex fintech business domains to ensure that requirements are fulfilled from both technical and user perspectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Skilled in browser debugging (Console/Network) and log analysis (using GCP).

• Proficient in API testing, including the validation of RESTful services.

• Practical experience with non-functional testing, such as performance and load testing.

• Familiarity with NoSQL (e.g., Mongo DB) for data verification.

• Strong knowledge of GitLab, including branching strategies and CI/CD pipeline integration.

• Acquainted with E2E test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, TypeScript).

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for test design, script generation, and troubleshooting.

• Proven track record in hands-on manual, feature, regression, smoke, and migration testing.

• Experience in managing test case databases and maintaining knowledge bases.

• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, reproduce, and clearly document defects.

• Inquisitive and eager to understand intricate fintech and trading workflows.

• A proactive problem-solver who identifies issues before they impact users.

• Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on quality and documentation.

• An effective communicator capable of bridging technical and business contexts.
