This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.

• Utilize AWS technologies for the setup, monitoring, and reporting of test environments.

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.

• Identify and document bugs and software defects during the testing process.

• Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing after bugs have been resolved.

• Track issues and collaborate with the development team to verify fixes.

• Work with customer support teams to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues.

• Leverage AWS monitoring tools for proactive issue detection.

• Stay current with new testing tools and strategies.

• Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the growth and development of the QA team.

• Report directly to the Lead QA Engineer.

• A minimum of 3 - 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally in CcaaS, CPaaS, or voice-related fields.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or others.

• Proficient in writing SQL queries and/or other scripting languages.

• Experience in manual testing and proficiency with industry-leading test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or others.

• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies, including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch, is preferred.

• Familiarity with AWS services for testing, such as AWS Device Farm or AWS CodeBuild, is a plus.

• Strong understanding of web technologies and APIs.

• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
