This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Review quality specifications and technical design documents, providing timely and insightful feedback.

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and test cases.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate activities related to quality testing.

• Employ AWS technologies for setting up test environments, monitoring, and reporting.

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.

• Identify and document bugs and software defects encountered during testing.

• Perform regression, integration, and performance testing after resolving identified bugs.

• Track issues and collaborate with the development team to confirm fixes.

• Work alongside customer support teams to investigate and address customer-reported issues.

• Utilize AWS monitoring tools for proactive issue identification.

• Stay updated on new testing tools and strategies.

• Engage in knowledge sharing and contribute to the development and growth of the QA team.

• Report to the Lead QA Engineer.

• A minimum of 3–7 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally within CcaaS, CPaaS, or Voice-related sectors.

• Strong familiarity with QA methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or others.

• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and/or other scripting languages.

• Experience with manual testing.

• Expertise in industry-leading test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.

• Familiarity with AWS services designed for testing, such as AWS Device Farm or AWS CodeBuild.

• A solid understanding of web technologies and APIs.

• Experience in creating clear, concise, and detailed test plans and test cases.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
